Perhaps what he’s best known for is sharing his knowledge and expertise with his customers, and teaching his staff to do the same.  “It is not unusual for staff to spend 20-30 minutes with a customer educating them about products and about health in general.  We do more than tell you which aisle contains the product you want,” Mulhern said.
