Berry Bad Boy

  • 1/2 cup frozen boysenberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice

  • 4 ounces low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 3/4 cup chopped ice

    Blend together.  Makes 2-3 servings.
