Hibiscus Cooler This refreshing beverage will taste great on a hot summer afternoon. For best results, make tea the night or morning before.
Steep tea bags in boiling water for 30 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Refrigerate about 4 hours or overnight. Combine tea with pineapple juice, sparkling water, and orange juice if desired. Stir. Add more or less juice or water to taste. Garnish with lime, lemon, or orange slices. Makes 12 cups. Variations: Experiment with different tea and juice combinations.
